By using gameguru-eg.com or placing an order you agree to these terms. "GameGuru" (Tax Registration ID 756-324-874) operates the store.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we accept it, which may be after we contact you to verify details. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or details cannot be verified, and we will refund anything already paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include tax. Payment methods: cash on delivery, card (Geidea Pay), InstaPay and Sympl instalments. Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is confirmed.

Customized orders

Customized products are made to your order, take 7-10 working days, and cannot be refunded or exchanged. You are responsible for the spelling and content you submit. Please check it carefully before ordering.

Shipping, exchange and refunds

Governed by our Shipping Policy, Exchange & Refund Policy and After-sales Service Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including designs, photos and logos, belongs to GameGuru and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
