Exchange & Return Policy

EXCHANGES

We offer 2 days from delivery date to exchange your GameGuru order. Product must be unused and in same perfect condition with fully intact packaging. Once we receive back your returned order, we will assess the product first and then refund the order amount accordingly after deducting delivery fees. Refunds are only made on InstaPay, CIB, or Vodafone Cash (no refunds are made in cash even if paid in cash).

 

RETURNS

In case of change of mind, we offer returns upon delivery only. You have the freedom to open the package and check the order as long as the courier is still at delivery location. Once you decide to take the order and the courier leaves from delivery location, no returns are allowed anymore. If you check the order and decide you don’t want to take it, you just give the order back to the courier and only pay the delivery fees.

In case of faulty products, we offer 1 day for returns only if proven it’s a manufacturing defect. In which case, you need to drop us an email on gameguru.eg@gmail.com in which you will provide us with the following information for case assessment: order number, full name, mobile number, explanation of defect, and images where the defect(s) are clearly shown. Our customer service team will then assess the case and get back to you within 48 hours.

If proven it was a manufacturing defect, you have two options: either return the item completely and request a full refund or request a replacement for the faulty product, in which case you will not pay again for delivery.
