GameGuru ("we", "us") operates gameguru-eg.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your choices. It is written in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
What we collect
- Order and contact details: name, phone number, email, delivery address.
- Order history and any text or files you submit for customization.
- Payment status. Card details are entered on our payment providers' pages and are never stored by us.
- Technical data: device, browser, pages viewed, and cookies.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
Why we use it
To process and deliver orders, take payment, provide support and after-sales service, prevent fraud, improve the site, and, with your consent, send offers.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who need it to serve you: Shopify (store and checkout), payment providers (Geidea Pay, Sympl, InstaPay), couriers, review and messaging tools, and advertising and analytics platforms (Meta and TikTok pixels). We do not sell your data.

We use cookies and similar tools to keep your cart, measure traffic and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
